Making an appointment
Our psychologists are available Mondays through to Saturdays with appointment times starting as early as 9:00am through till 5:00pm.
Initial and subsequent consultations are one hour, whereas assessment sessions take 1.5 to 2 hours.
To make an appointment contact the centre on Tel: (02) 9960-1222 or alternatively email at email@example.com and our reception team will contact you to make an appointment.
Clients can self refer – a medical referral is not necessary, however, many clients are referred via their GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist, especially if they are eligible for Medicare rebates or funding.
We are registered for Medicare, private health insurance rebates, the FAHCSIA Helping Children with Autism and Better Start for Children with a Disability funding programs. Our Fees, Funding and Rebates page displays more information about our fees and rebates.
Waiting Lists and Cancellations
As our practice is in high demand, we do have a wait list available. Should an appointment become available at short notice, our reception team will contact you.
In the event of appointment cancellations, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Cancelling more than 48 hours: A fee will not be charged if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment
- Cancelling within 48 to 24 hours: Half of the scheduled fee will be charged if your appointment is cancelled within 24 to 48 hours.
- Cancelling within less than 24 hours: If your appointment is cancelled on the day of the appointment or less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will incur the full fee.
